Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts; First Class BA Hons in Theatre and Performance Design 2013-16

Alfie is currently designing 'Treasure Island' opening at The Barn Theatre in November 2023 and an unnamed show opening at The Watermill Theatre in March 2024.
​
Since June 2018, Alfie has been Associate Designer for Christopher Oram working on Garsington Opera's 'Turn of the Screw', West End play 'Bitter Wheat', Northern Ballet's 'Geisha' and RSC's 'The Mirror and the Light'. They have just designed 'The Wreckers' which opened at Houston Grand Opera in Autumn 2022. They are currently workshopping a design for 'The Artist' which will be performed by the McOnie Company in 2024 whilst also designing various musicals and operas across the world.

From June 2018 to October 2018 Alfie assisted designer Ben Stones working on 'The Producers' at the Royal Exchange Manchester, 'The Merry Widow' at the English National Opera and 'The Watsons' at the Chichester Festival Theatre.

From July 2017 to March 2018 Alfie assisted Stage Designer Jon Bausor. Working on various West End shows, operas and touring musicals.
